A New Look at the 'H' Bomb

A New Look at the 'H' Bomb is an official educational film produced by the Federal Civil Defense Administration (FCDA) in 1955. Under Section 105 of the Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 105), copyright protection is not available for any work of the United States Government. Because the film was created by a federal agency (FCDA) in the course of its official duties, it was never eligible for copyright protection and entered the public domain immediately upon creation. It has been widely distributed by the National Archives and is commonly found in public domain archives such as the Internet Archive and Prelinger Archives.
