The film 'His Wife's Relations' (1922) is a two-reel silent comedy directed by and starring Buster Keaton. Under current US copyright law, all works published before January 1, 1929, have entered the public domain due to the expiration of the maximum copyright term. Historically, this film was originally registered by Joseph M. Schenck as part of the Buster Keaton Comedies series (LP18063; May 20, 1922). However, even if the copyright had been successfully renewed after its initial 28-year term, it would have expired at the end of its 95th year (2017).
