Satan's Triangle

Satan's Triangle is a television movie first broadcast on ABC in the United States on January 14, 1975. Under the Copyright Act of 1909 as amended and later the 1976 Act, works first published or released between 1964 and 1977 are subject to automatic renewal under the Copyright Renewal Act of 1992. This means that unlike films from the 1928–1963 era, no formal renewal filing was required to maintain copyright protection for the second 47-year term. The film was produced by ABC Circle Films and is currently part of the Disney/ABC library. The work is registered with the US Copyright Office under registration number PA0000007137 (registered January 29, 1978, though the work was created/published in 1975). Because it was a corporate production for hire, it is protected for a term of 95 years from publication, expiring on January 1, 2071. There is no evidence of a notice defect, and the film continues to be commercially exploited by legitimate rightsholders.
