Scraps of Paper

The film 'Scraps of Paper' is a 1918 short film featuring Roscoe 'Fatty' Arbuckle and Al St. John. It was produced by the Comique Film Corporation and distributed by Paramount Pictures (Famous Players-Lasky). The film was part of a series of war-effort promotional shorts. Under currently applicable US copyright law, all works published or registered before January 1, 1928, have entered the public domain. As this film was released in 1918, its statutory copyright term has expired regardless of whether it was ever formally registered or renewed. It is now freely available for use and distribution in the United States.
